There are 50 questions in this examination. You will need to answer 35 questions correctly in order to pass. You are allowed 2 hours to complete this examination.

NOTE : All commercial candidates, except Fire Alarm and Burglar alarm candidates, are required to pass the Business Management and Law for contractors examination and the technical of the specific license subcategory that they are applying for. If a candidate has passed the Business & Management exam for the Residential Builders exam they will NOT need to take this Business and Management Law for Commercial contractors exam.
